예금보험공사는 2018년 4월 5일 토마토1·2 저축은행 파산재단이 보유한 캄보디아 특수은행 (Tomato Specialized Bank)의 지분 100%를 1천80만달러(117억원)에 국민카드와 (라오스의 코라오 그룹 산하) 인도차이나 뱅크 컨소시엄에 성공적으로 매각하였습니다.
법률사무소 카이로스(서울 사무소 법무법인 중정)는 9개월간 본건 거래의 매각 법률자문사로서 매도인들의 매각협의부터 지분 매각, 거래대금의 외환송금까지 포괄적인 자문을 제공하였습니다.
본건 업무에는 정경석, 유정훈, 김철웅 변호사가 참여하였습니다.
